This listing is for the formal black tie suspenders and bow tie set. These are black elastic suspenders with antique brass hardware. The suspenders are paired with the black cotton bow tie with adjustable neck band. These items are perfect for a ring bearer, groomsmen, first birthday, wedding, family photos or just because!

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Please look at the processing and shipping times BEFORE ordering. Because we are a small family-owned business, our processing time is 2-5 business days, not including shipping. From there, standard shipping in the U.S. is 3-5 days. This means it can take up to a week and a half to prepare, package your order and drop off at the United States Post Office.

All packages are shipped USPS First Class (estimated 2-5 days domestic) (estimated 7-14 days international) unless you pay to upgrade to a faster USPS priority shipping speed during checkout. Please calculate the processing AND shipping days to see if your package will arrive by your needed date. If you need an order quicker than this time frame you may add the listing "RUSH MY ORDER" to your cart before checking out. Link below.

Adding rush to your order will speed up our processing time to 1-3 business days meaning your package will be taken to the USPS in that time frame. If you want priority shipping you would still need to upgrade that as well. RUSH MY ORDER is for processing time and Priority shipping is for USPS shipping times. We can no longer speed up order requests without having a "RUSH MY ORDER" attached to your order. Please be considerate of this request. Asking to speed up your time without going through the proper steps is like cutting in line in front of other waiting customers. It is very hard for us to track in the operating system and stay true to our promises without being it rushed the proper way. If you would like to see the status or estimated shipping date for your order please refer to your Etsy account. In your account information you will find all the order information as well as tracking numbers once shipped.

Please verify your correct shipping address BEFORE placing you order. We are not responsible for an incorrect address. Orders with incorrect addresses will need to be canceled and resubmitted as we are not able to fulfill the request to change the address after the order has been placed. This is to protect against fraud, buyer/seller shipping protection and is strongly encouraged by Etsy.

USPS shipping times are estimates (exception is USPS priority 1-2 day). We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed mail. It is very rare that packages are lost or stolen however delay's do occasionally happen and are out of our control. We do have the option to use FED EX. It is more costly for light weight and small orders but you may want to consider if you have an urgent request.

We have a lot of customers in Australia and I am frequently asked about shipping times. In my experience it takes 7-10 days to be delivered once dropped off and scanned at our local USPS post office.

Customers are responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.


SUSPENDER MEASUREMENTS

1" WIDTH STYLE SUSPENDERS

SMALL (approx 0-5 years old): minimum length 14” ; maximum length 24 ¾”


LARGE (approx 5-10 years old): minimum length 18” ; maximum length 33”


TEEN (approx 10-18 years old): minimum length 25 ½” ; maximum length 45”


ADULT (approx 18+ years old): minimum length 35” ; maximum length 67”


DON'T SEE THE COMBO YOU ARE WANTING IN A SET? If you see color options in our store and would like to place them together in a set you may write in the order notes what colors to change. Please keep it to colors and materials we have listed as anything else would require a custom listing.

Custom orders can be placed for changing shape or dimensions of bow ties, adding a neck strap instead of alligator clip and custom fabrics. Custom order will require more processing time (up to 2-3 weeks) and will increase the price depending on the request.


I get many questions about what size bow to get for 2 and 3 year olds. Best advice is to cut a little piece of paper in the measurements listed above and hold up to your little boy to see which size you prefer. Sometimes bow tie size is a personal preference and the ages I have listed are just suggestions based off of what my boys wear.

* If you are purchasing for a ring bearer under 3, we have leather and suede shoes to complete his outfit. We also have hair bows for flower girls to match the ring bearers bow ties.

*If you have any problems with your order please message me before leaving a negative review. Customer satisfaction and feedback is very important to us.

* All sales are final unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong size or color. Please make sure you measure before ordering. I will be more than happy to help with sizing before you place the order. We offer material swatches so that you can view and compare colors in person. Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis. Saying yes to every exchange means slowing down processing times on orders and is difficult and costly for a small business to handle. Please measure and get swatch samples in advance to decrease a chance of needing to exchange. Please order a fabric swatch if you need exact matches as colors on computer and phone screens can vary. I do NOT offer exchanges on suede shoes.

* If a color or size says out of stock check with us to see when we can have it available to you. Sometimes the quantity simply needs to be updated. Out of stock does not mean we won't ever have it available again.
